Q. Will I receive a physical Gala ticket?
A. Not necessary. As soon as your order is received. You will be automatically entered.
Q. Do I need to enter the names of all my guests right now?
A. It will be helpful. Everyone needs to check in with their names and reserve their entrée. However, if you don't have all the names right now, you have until July 17th to email or call with the names and entrée choice of your guests. Contact: Sandra Morales lhlifecenter@gmail.com or 562-267-9199
Q. How will I know where to sit?
A. We will tell you, your table number and a volunteer will direct you.
Q. How will the server know my order?
A. By July 17, 2023, we should have received all names with their entree choice. We will give you a place card with that selection.
Q. Can my guest call and add their name to my table?
A. Only the person that placed the order is allowed to call in and add a name to their table.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. Semi-Formal
Q. Will I be able to bid on an item during the gala?
A. Yes! However, your mobile device is necessary to bid. Don't forget your phone!
